Bodrum's home for verified listings.
BodrumdaBirEv is a property platform that brings home seekers, owners and realtors together in one place. Every listing published on the site is verified through the Ministry of Trade's Electronic Listing Verification System (EİDS).
In Bodrum the same home often appears in several listings at different prices. Who is actually authorised to sell it is unclear.
We founded BodrumdaBirEv to end that confusion. Before a listing goes live on our site, the lister's identity is verified with e-Devlet and the listing authorisation through the Ministry of Trade's system. Title deed details come from the ministry, not from us.
From Yalıkavak to Turgutreis, every listing a home seeker finds on our site is a home that is really for sale or rent, listed by someone authorised to do so.
We are here for realtors too: listing is free, and the BodrumdaBirEv Pro portfolio app is free.
This is how a listing gets on our site.
