An apartment is what most people look at first in Bodrum, whether they want a summer home or a place to live all year. Bodrum centre, Konacık and Turgutreis have apartment blocks and gated sites close to schools, shops and healthcare. Bitez, Gündoğan and Yalıkavak also have site apartments near the sea. This page shows apartments for sale only, and you can narrow it by area, price, number of rooms and floor area.
A checklist for buying an apartment
Check whether the title deed is full condominium ownership (kat mülkiyeti) or construction servitude (kat irtifakı), and that the unit number on the deed matches the apartment you are viewing. Without an occupancy permit (iskan), utility contracts and mortgage applications can become difficult. On a gated site, ask about the management plan, the monthly fees and the upkeep of the shared areas. Compulsory earthquake insurance (DASK) is required for the title transfer, and buyers who are not Turkish citizens also need a licensed valuation report.
Save your search to receive new apartments that match it by e-mail.
